CNSL Resin SILEX 75

Product Description

Introduction:

Silex 75 is CNSL based Phenolic Resins modified with Rosin andRosin/Bitumen respectively. They are Dark Reddish Brown resins and are suitablefor Dark coloured Synthetic hard glossy enamels, insulating Varnishes,Aluminum Medium, having outstanding film properties. Silex 75 is particularlysuitable for baking type of finishes giving very hard glossy film.

Compatibilitywith Drying Oils: Silex 75 is compatible in allproportions with drying oils (Linseed Oils, DCO etc.) Their compatibility withother resins like alkyds epoxies is also very good.

Solubility: Silex 75 is soluble in most of the aromatic and aliphatichydrocarbons. Eg. Mineral Turpentine Oil (MTO), Xylene, Solvent Naphtha etc.

APPLICATION: Highly recommended for interior paints, enamels and Wood varnishes. Alsorecommended for Black Offset Insulating varnish & WoodVarnishes. Silex 75 has extra gloss compared to Silex 50.  They are Transparent Golden Reddish incolour.
